Renewal and upgrade benefits are mutually exclusive. Upgrades require eligibility and are subject to the prior tier’s annual renewal floor. Continuing benefits do not lock prices or compound annually on last year’s net price. Direct higher-tier purchases do not automatically qualify. Eligibility review and the final quote confirm the offer.

Platform, membership features, membership services and independent AI are priced separately. Included benefits are not charged twice; no free or unlimited commitments without an approved price list.
Active membership
Members do not need a separate AI subscription for upgrade eligibility within the applicable scope. Status must cover the relevant capacity and benefit term.
VIP through a formal AI subscription
ISPs without membership can obtain VIP through a formal AI subscription, with no separate VIP fee. Free trials and promotional credits do not automatically qualify.
Experience benefits follow a defined list and term
Trials cover only expressly free features, quotas and terms, without automatic paid conversion. Any extra three months follow valid conditions and exact dates; confirmed grants extending into the next year are honored. Verify the free list and account entitlements.
Capacity and core access
Choose a tier using both purchased capacities. OLT management and TR-069 access do not duplicate a device’s ONU license.

Is billing based on online devices? How is ONU rounded?
Billing follows purchased capacity, not live online counts. PON and ONU are billed together; ONU rounds up to units of 100, so 501 devices are billed as 600.
Must I buy the full capacity? When must I upgrade?
No. Limits are not minimum purchases. Exceeding either PON or ONU limit requires a higher tier; you may also select one for its features.
Does TR-069 access duplicate ONU license charges?
No. The same device is not licensed twice for OLT management and TR-069 access. Independent add-ons are priced within their defined scope.
Does standard renewal require VIP? Can benefits be stacked?

How are same-tier expansion and mid-term additions billed?
Calculate fixed baseline annual fees plus cumulative additions separately. Additions retain the applicable benefit; apply the floor once to the baseline. Pure additions use the actual remaining term. Expansion and renewal never reset the baseline.
Does an AI trial become paid or grant VIP automatically?
No. Trials cover expressly free features, quotas and dates without automatic paid conversion. Trials and credits do not grant VIP automatically; extra terms require explicit conditions.
How can I pay or change an existing subscription?
New purchases use Stripe; available methods appear at checkout. Change existing subscriptions through account orders. If you cannot find the action, contact support with the original order instead of making a duplicate purchase.
Can I request a refund? Are historical benefits recalculated?
Effective contracts and paid benefits are not recalculated retroactively. Refunds require a written request and contract/policy review. Downsizing does not automatically create cash refunds; balances and credits cannot be used twice.
